Marching Challenge

March Meadows: The fiery multiverse of March Meadows demands strength in your gluteus maximus muscles to navigate its terrain. Through marching exercises, you'll improve your lower body strength and endurance, enabling you to navigate through the planet's volcanic landscape with ease.



Fitness note: Marching exercises are a low-impact cardio exercise that also strengthens your lower body and improves balance. Ensure you raise your knees high for maximum benefits.

 

Light up the action bubble in order to gain points.
"Play time" / "Take a rest" : A relax stage for resting, no points will be counted.

 

Level 1 : One leg stand holding 

Description:
Holding one leg with opposite hand position to gain sweat point.

Kick the snow ball to relaxing your leg muscles.

 

Level 2 : One leg side stand holding

Description:
Holding one leg side march stand with opposite hand position to gain sweat point. 

 

Level 3 : Side March & touch target with Knee

Description:
Side March & touches the target with your knee.

 

Level 4 : March / Side March horizontally

Description:
Continuous Marching or Side Marching to the highlighted area within the count-down time.
