Sweat points are counted by completing this week March Meadows - Marching challenge on the Live4Well app, which strengthens your lower body’s core and improves balance. The more you exercise, the more you earn.

BONUS TASK: If you exercise at least once a day for 7 consecutive days before January 30th, you can earn double sweat points during the Week 1 to Week 3 Fitness Challenge. Sweat points can be exchanged for tokens when launched.
