Live4Well Fitness Challenge – Week2

Now, it's time to kick it up a notch! This week, we will also introduce new exercises and rewards in collaboration with the five-time world champion, making the event fun and challenging. It will focus on improving your leg strength and flexibility, let’s do it and continue to get rewarded for your sweat! 

【Week2 Details】

Date: January 17-23 (HKT)

Challenge: Lunge-lands | Lunges Challenge

Requirements: Complete Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 at least once per level and obtain "Good" or "Excellent" results

Rewards: Professional online fitness classes from five-time world champion Alain Ngalani

BONUS TASK: If you exercise at least once a day for 7 consecutive days before January 30th, you can earn double sweat points during the Week 1 to Week 3 Fitness Challenge. Sweat points can be exchanged for LV tokens when going online
